The Inner Shift Session
… is a 1 hour live private conversation with Susan to explore what you want to transform within you and be guided through Susan’s signature Self-Transformation Method mental process.
The Self-Transformation Method is a 6-step mental process (most effectively done in a meditative state - though not necessary) to transform emotional struggles into lasting inner calm.
You can transform:
daily stress
emotional triggers to ‘regular’ daily happenings
the stories your mind tells you that create emotional drama
deep seated traumas
and more…
Anything you emotionally struggle with can be shifted.
What does an Inner Shift Session look like?
We first discuss what you are struggling with and ways to look at your experience differently that would change how you feel and what you keep thinking.
I then guide you through the 6 steps of the Self-Transformation Method so that you can experience greater clarity of what you are feeling and thinking about the presenting "problem", and understand what belief is being activated.
With this self-awareness, I guide you through a process to evaluate all the evidence you have attached yourself to that keeps that belief alive even when it is false.
After discarding the false, old belief, I show you how to consciously choose a new belief to replace the old one - this time with a belief that supports you and reflects who you are today.
Then we deepen the wisdom by taking a look at your experience from the perspective of your whole life - is there a theme? As well, we look at the issue from a spiritual perspective - what is the higher purpose?
You leave the session with an enormous amount of awareness and wisdom you didn't have before.
You will now see your experience in a whole new way that will change the inner dialogue - that repeating monologue - which will change how you react and respond to similar experiences in the future.
