Several years ago I developed a 4 hour Learn to Meditate Program to help the beginner learn meditation. It naturally evolved out of my own struggles to learn to meditate and a desire to help others avoid the frustration and self doubt that I went through.
Now, I offer the program privately and semi-privately to those who have a desire to let meditation into their life and a willingness to allow self transformation unfold automatically as a result.
The program teaches you:
what meditation is and isn’t (common misperceptions that can derail you)
basic meditation posture and technique
common obstacles that make you want to give up and how to overcome them
natural nature of the mind
how to support yourself and develop a consistent meditation practice that can change your life.

Program Details:
Offered privately or semi-privately.
4 hours with me (live), great content with handouts for reference, and an audio recording of me guiding your into a state of meditation that you can use beyond the program.
Just book your times with me by sending me a message.
It is 4, 1 hour classes which can be done any way you like - 4 days in a row or 4 hours in a row or once a week for an hour each week.
You can book one class on a Tuesday and another on a Saturday. That's the beauty of private.
We can do it on zoom or together in person.
Program cost: $200 for 4 hours of live teaching and guided meditations with me, handouts, and a recording of me guiding you into a meditative state to keep the momentum going after the program finishes.
